Danes Odense Boldklub presumably just turned up to defeat Scottish Premier League Motherwell. The Scots don’t travel well. OBK travel but their Euro record shows they don’t like travelling for too long. They stand 104th in the 2011 UEFA Team Ranking.

FC Twenty will be intriguing. Currently lying in second in the Dutch Eredivisie are known to Whites manager Martin Jol, who was managing Ajax when they were piped to the 2009/10 title by one point - despite having a +86 goal difference. We are currently trying to nick their striker. Twenty lie in 49th, two places above Fulham (51st) in the Team Rankings. This one could get very personal. (Postscript: We did nick their 'striker' just not the one we were linked to. I like Jol's thinking: unsettle the crap one and nick the good one).

There are two teams in Kraków, Poland; Wisła Kraków and Cracovia (which sounds like a crackhead fly’s paradise). Although Wisła lie in 155th in the Team Rankings, they are much higher in terms of fighting. Much higher. When I did a search for them on YouTube I got the video above. But I don’t think there will be a bad atmosphere. There is a very strong Polish community in West London that dates back to the second world war. There will be a community spirit at The Cottage in November which may be Vodka related and could sell out (tickets that is). Who knows what the atmosphere could bring to the game.
